# Get It Done compared to other task managers

Sourced, dated comparisons. Every statement about another product quotes that vendor's own documentation or issue tracker — never a listicle or a review aggregator — and carries the date a human last read it. Every page also lists what Get It Done does NOT do.

## What Get It Done does not do

- No Google Calendar sync. The integrations grid lists it as planned; the dated roadmap row says it has not been started and there is no calendar code in the product. (source: https://nowgetitdone.com/changelog#planned, verified 2026-09-05)
- Voice capture is built but gated on a transcription provider being configured, so it is off in production and the app offers typing instead. Screenshot capture ships today. (source: https://nowgetitdone.com/changelog#planned, verified 2026-09-05)
- GetItDone is not listed in the consumer connector directories, so connecting an assistant means pasting the MCP server URL from the setup guide and signing in, rather than picking it from a catalog. (source: https://nowgetitdone.com/docs/connecting-ai-assistants, verified 2026-09-26)
