The agreement between you and Get It Done — what you can expect from us, what we ask of you, and how accounts, plans, and content are handled.

Acceptance of These Terms
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Get It Done — the website at nowgetitdone.com, the application at app.nowgetitdone.com, our mobile apps, our public REST API, and our MCP server. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Get It Done.
Who We Are
Get It Done is operated by Devino Solutions (14930398 Canada Inc.). In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Devino Solutions, and "you" refers to the individual or organization using the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Get It Done after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Your Account
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, to create a Get It Done account. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or an API key has been compromised so we can help you revoke it.
Guest Workspaces
You can try Get It Done without creating an account. A guest workspace is not tied to an email address, so it cannot be recovered if you lose access to it, and we cannot verify ownership of it. Create an account if you want your work to persist.
Acceptable Use
Use the Service Lawfully
Do not use Get It Done to break the law, to infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights, or to store or distribute malware, unlawful material, or content you have no right to share.
Do Not Abuse the Platform
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, or infrastructure; do not probe, scan, or interfere with the security of the service; do not resell or redistribute the service as your own; and do not reverse engineer it except to the extent that applicable law permits.
Automated and AI Access
Our REST API and MCP server are made for automated and AI-assistant access, within the rate limits and quotas of your plan. Do not circumvent those limits, share credentials across organizations, or use automation in a way that degrades the service for other customers.
Your Content
You Own It
The tasks, comments, notes, documents, attachments, and other material you put into Get It Done remain yours. We claim no ownership of your content.
The Licence You Give Us
You grant us a limited licence to host, store, back up, transmit, display, and process your content strictly to operate and improve the service for you — for example to render your workspace, run the AI features you invoke, deliver notifications, and keep backups. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the retention windows described on our account deletion page.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to it, including any personal data of others that you place in a workspace. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Plans, Billing, and Cancellation
Free and Paid Plans
Get It Done offers a free plan and paid plans. Each plan’s features, quotas, and current prices are listed on our pricing page, which is the authoritative source — these Terms deliberately do not restate prices. Quotas such as AI actions, storage, and API calls apply per plan and reset each billing period.
Billing and Renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically at the end of each cycle until cancelled. Depending on where you subscribe, payment is processed by our payment provider RevenueCat for web checkout, or by the Apple App Store or Google Play for in-app purchases. Purchases made through an app store are governed by that store’s billing and refund rules in addition to these Terms.
Trials, Cancellation, and Refunds
Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, or from your app-store subscription settings for in-app purchases; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your workspace moves to the free plan afterwards. Except where refunds are required by law or by the app store you purchased through, payments are non-refundable.
Price Changes
We may change prices. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for, and we will give you notice by email before a change affects your next renewal so you can cancel if you prefer.
Third-Party Services
Integrations You Connect
Get It Done connects to third-party tools such as source-control, chat, and productivity services. When you connect one, you authorize us to exchange data with it on your behalf within the permissions you grant, and you can disconnect it at any time from your settings.
Their Terms Apply Too
Third-party services are operated by their providers, not by us. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or handling of your data.
Connected AI Assistants
If you connect an AI assistant through our MCP server, it can reach only the data your signed-in account can already reach, and only within the scopes shown on the consent screen. You can review and revoke connected assistants at any time from the Connected apps tab in your settings.
Suspension and Termination
Ending Your Account
You can stop using Get It Done at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and its data through our account deletion page. Deletion is permanent once completed.
Suspension by Us
We may suspend or terminate access to an account or workspace that breaches these Terms, that puts the security or stability of the service at risk, or that we are legally required to act on. Except where a delay would cause harm or is legally prohibited, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem.
What Happens to Your Data
If your account ends, your content is removed in line with the timelines on our account deletion page. Export anything you want to keep before you close or delete your account.
Disclaimers and Liability
Service Provided "As Is"
Get It Done is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
AI-Generated Output
Some features use AI models to summarize, plan, and generate text. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before you rely on it, and do not treat it as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Get It Done is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
Governing Law and General Terms
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply where you live.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us. Please read it alongside these Terms.
Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about Get It Done. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it, and you may not transfer these Terms without our consent.
