Append to a note

Appends a dated entry to the end of a workspace note without rewriting it. Use this for incremental additions (status updates, log entries) instead of the full-body update.

text*string

The entry to append (1-10000 characters). A date header is prepended automatically.

Author label for the entry. Defaults to the credential label.

Stable opaque note id.

title*string

Note title, unique within the organization.

body*string

Full note body (plain text or Markdown). Only returned by the get-one endpoint; list returns a preview.

Project the note belongs to, or null when workspace-wide.

Project display name, or null.

archived*boolean

True when the note is archived.

length*integer

Character count of the full body.

Update a note PATCH

Rewrites a note's title and/or body. Requires `base_updated_at` (the `updated_at` from the last read) — the update is refused with 409 `conflict` if the note has been modified since, preventing agents from silently overwriting each other.

List organizations GET

Lists the organizations this credential can access. A credential is bound to exactly one organization today, so the list always fits one page.
