Get a note

id*string

Stable opaque note id.

title*string

Note title, unique within the organization.

body*string

Full note body (plain text or Markdown). Only returned by the get-one endpoint; list returns a preview.

project_id*|

Project the note belongs to, or null when workspace-wide.

project_name*|

Project display name, or null.

archived*boolean

True when the note is archived.

length*integer

Character count of the full body.

Create a note POST

Creates a workspace note in the credential's organization. A title that already exists answers 400 `validation_failed`.

Update a note PATCH

Rewrites a note's title and/or body. Requires `base_updated_at` (the `updated_at` from the last read) — the update is refused with 409 `conflict` if the note has been modified since, preventing agents from silently overwriting each other.
