Update a note

Rewrites a note's title and/or body. Requires `base_updated_at` (the `updated_at` from the last read) — the update is refused with 409 `conflict` if the note has been modified since, preventing agents from silently overwriting each other.

New title (1-200 characters after trimming).

New body (max 100000 characters). Replaces the entire body.

The updated_at value from the last read of this note. The update is refused with 409 conflict if the note has been modified since this timestamp — re-read the note and rebase your changes. This prevents agents from silently overwriting each other's edits.

Character count of the full body.

Get a note GET

Fetches a single workspace note by id, including the full body. Scoped to the credential's organization.

Append to a note POST

Appends a dated entry to the end of a workspace note without rewriting it. Use this for incremental additions (status updates, log entries) instead of the full-body update.
